30 days body challenge

Me and my roomie started a 30 days workour challenge 3 days ago. But instead of just doing a 30 days squat challenge that have become so popular . I decided to do a 30 day whole body challenge .  Why just get awesome legs when you can have an gorgeous body . Think you should join us , Take before pics and after 30 days you take a new photo . Day 1
50 squats
50 lounges ( 20 in each leg )
50 hip raises on a ball
60 sek inside squeeze with a ball.
 
8 push ups
8 dips
30 sek shoulder twist
30 sek boxing
 
45 sek plank
90 sek  side plank ( 45 sek each side )
45 sek moving plank
 
Day 2
60 sek squats
60 lounges
60 hip raises on a ball
90 sek inside squeeze with a ball
 
10 push ups
10 dips
45 shoulder twist
45 sek boxing
 
60 sek plank
120 sek sideplank ( 60 sek each side )
60 sek moving plank .

Me and Martina also goes on a hike in runyon canyon before we start the challenge workout .
So before you do this , go on a powerwalk or jog in 30 -45 min .
