Did you see my last post on instagram ? What is a kaiserschmarren ? I tried to find some variation in my breakfast this morning . Or sorry I  lied . I was actually trying to do pancakes . But it didn't went so good . A fail with other words . But not to be all negative about it . This fail become good . Martina have been telling me about this kaiserschmarren .

 

 

 

Kaiserschmarrn or Kaiserschmarren^[1] is a refined variant of the Schmarrn, a shredded pancake, which has its name from the Austrian emperor Kaiser Franz Joseph I of Austria, who was very fond of this kind of fluffy shredded pancake. It is a popular meal or dessert in Austria, South Germany, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovenia, and northern Croatia.

So instead of telling you guy that I failed I did an awesome protein kaiserschmaren .
